タイトル曲”40days”は2016年4月の熊本地震発生から40日後にYasu-Pacinoがビートメイク。
同時期にtoe”HEAR YOU”リリースツアーで来熊した中村圭作と再会、意気投合した二人が後日、
下北沢某スタジオにてセッションを敢行し完成させたもの。
並行してBudamunk、Yotaroとコミュニケーションを重ね、全面的な協力の下、本チャリティーEPを制作することになりました。
ジャケットデザインはROKKAN O.C.JPNデザイナーkaz。
マスタリングはDoit Science清田氏。

熊本地震で被災したみなさまへ心よりお見舞い申し上げます。
本EPの売り上げは全額、熊本復興のため関係機関に寄付させていただきます。
【Kumamoto quake charity EP “40days”】
In April 2016, a huge earthquake with magnitude of 7.3 had struck Kumamoto in south Japan. Essential utilities in the area had been damaged and the disruption continued for a few weeks. In the disruption and exhaustion after the earthquake, Yasu-Pacino created some beats and named it "40days". At a later date, sound of synth was added by Keisaku Nakamura and in the process, we became to produce this charity EP with Budamunk and Yotaro. We will devote the whole sales proceeds by this EP to Kumamoto earthquake relief and recovery.
